2018 Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Emergency Preparedness Program Assessment
CHUG provides supportive services to all members and those interested non-members for a nearly effortless method to achieve compliance for the new CMS EP Rule. In order to determine a baseline for your program, we recommend a comprehensive CHUG Preparedness Program Assessment. Through a facilitated workshop with your executive management and safety team(s), CHUG emergency management professionals will guide you through each element, identify how your facility is meeting the element, and provide documentation and recommendations for your facility to continue your preparedness efforts.
The workshop has been developed for no less than six of your team members and no more than 15 to attend and provide input. A listing of appropriate participants is available through our office. Following the 90 minute workshop, our team will remain onsite for approximately 30 minutes to complete your action plan and provide documentation.
